Cutting down the oak
It’s been a long time we wanted to cut this oak, which is stealing our evening sun, and this weekend we finally got it down. It took one complete day, lots of sweat and sore muscles, but it was well worth it, and no more sport needed this week.
The owner helped us by lending the chainsaw, and explaining how to make the trunk fall in the right direction. On the second picture you can see how that went… one of them ended up rigth on the fence…
It was lots of work to cut and move everything after.
