Welcome to my virtual home. I collected things here that I like, some photos, some history of me and my interests, my cv and most importantly - my own blog where I tell all kind of things happening in my life. Enjoy, and don't hesitate to contact me!
I was born on the 18th of April 1981 in Gothenburg, on the west coast of Sweden.
When I was seven we moved to our summer house in Skogstorp, which my dad rebuildt to an all-year-around house. Skogstorp is located 50km north of Gothenburg.
After the nine first nine years in school I chose to do the music specialisation for upper secondary school. I did this in Gothenburg, at Hvitfedtska and it was a wonderful time of my life with so many great friends and great musicians. My main instrument was violin, not classical but swedish folk, and my second instrument became classical guitarr. I only played some guitarr before, just for fun so this was a new experience, but one I appreciated a lot. Sadly I don't practice so much any more so now my fingers remember only a few of the tunes I learnt. The folk tunes on the other hand will allways be in me, and I wont forget how to play the fiddle.
I went to Canterbury in England for a year to study science and this year gave me lots of new experiences and new friends for life.
The difficult choise - to decide what to actually become... took me some time, but during thinking I went to University in Gothenburgh for a year doing cognitive science which I liked very much. Unfortunatly there wasn't a whole program given at my university so I started to look for something else. It was then I realized what I really wanted to do - I wanted to attend Chalmers, a technical university with very good reputation. I made half a year of my studies in Honolulu (I can recommend that ;-) ) and then my thesis work in the south of France.
So, now I have my master in Software Engineering. I also drastically changed my life by moving down to France to live with Anthony in Valbonne.
I'm working at Amadeus, a company building the booking system which is working behind the scenes everytime you book a flight ticket. In my free time I'm climbing quite a lot, I'm playing with a small jazz ensemble, dancing Tango with Anthony and when opportunity dancing Lindy Hop.
I also want to say to all my friends, that you are more than welcome down to the french riviera to visit me! I promise good weather, good food and wine, good company, beautiful nature and even some climbing :-)
